JOB SUMMARY:

Service Technician for a full service distributor of metal cutting and fabrication equipment. Successful candidates will be required to perform a variety of tasks associated with servicing and repairing of most manual and CNC machine tools.
The use of precision test equipment to analyze, troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems is required.

Background in servicing Mazak machines is a plus.
High school diploma or equivilant and 2 - 5 years experience nesessary.
Salary D.O.E. $45,0000.00 - $90,000.00 USD / Year

DESCRIPTION OF WORK/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Set up of new machinery, installation of options, minor operator training.
• Communicate technical service information to customers.
• Preventative maintenance of equipment.
• Working knowledge of precision leveling, pnuematics, hydraulics, electrics, electronics, and mechanics to provide repair an CNC equipment.
• Candidate must be organized, maintain a vehicle and have a good driving record. This postion requires some overnight travel with limited notice.
