MACHINE TOOL SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Job Summary:

Magnum Precision Machines, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Service Technician for its Phoenix, AZ office. We are a full service distributor of metal cutting and fabrication equipment. Successful candidates will be required to perform a variety of tasks associated with servicing and repairing of most manual and CNC machine tools.

The use of precision test equipment to analyze, troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems is required. Background in servicing Mazak machines is a plus.

Description of Work:

• Set up of new machinery, installation of options, minor operator training
• Provide electrical, hydraulic and mechanical repair on CNC equipment
• Communicate technical service information to customers
• Preventative Maintenance of equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Candidate must be organized and have a good driving record. Magnum will supply a company vehicle. This position requires some overnight travel with limited notice.
